Hi, I’m Amber
I started investing in real estate in 2015 when I converted my first single-family property into a legal duplex. Since then I have completed other multi-family conversions, full-scale renovations, and purchased both residential and commercial multi-family properties. Some projects have been my own and I have also partnered on several of my investments to share experience and pool resources. I have focused my investments in southern Ontario and am continuing to scale that portfolio.
I love the problem-solving elements of managing financing options, the process of seeing a worn-down house being turned into a modern home, and the ongoing strategizing of an investment to see continuous returns. Real estate investing is my passion, and as the old saying goes “when you do what you love, you’ll never work a day in your life”. I know it can be difficult to take the first steps, so I am invested in providing others with opportunities to enter the market in hopes that it will uncover their own love for investing in real estate.
